Refund Policy
All registration fees submitted to the United Purebred Cat Association (UPCA) are non-refundable.
Registration fees cover administrative review, documentation processing, and record maintenance. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Fees will not be refunded in cases of:
• Denied applications
• Incomplete documentation
• Withdrawal by the applicant
• Duplicate submissions
By submitting a registration application, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Disclaimer
The United Purebred Cat Association (UPCA) is an independent cat registry.
UPCA registration:
• Does not guarantee genetic purity
• Does not certify health, temperament, or breeding quality
• Is based on documentation provided and/or visual assessment
Mitten Registration and transfer registrations are subject to review and approval and do not constitute proof of purebred status unless otherwise stated.
UPCA is not affiliated with CFA, TICA, ACFA, or any other registry unless explicitly noted.
